Stretch and Squish
I designed and built these chests to provide a multi-use storage space that was beautiful. They fit together on all sides. The posts are walnut wrapped cherry with walnut rails and lid. The panels are Austrailian "spiked" myrtle veneer over 1/4" mdf. I started woodworking in 2010. Stretch and Squish were completed in May 2011.

Hi Stephanie, Beautiful work! Could you please post the plans and directions? Many thanks, Ellen
Stephanie, What a beautiful set of boxes! Love the colour match and contrast as well as the innovative design. Would ove to see what you do next.
Steph,
Fabulous work. I've been making fine sawdust for a long time now but it just doesn't come together any better than what you have shown us.
Keep at it and show us more when you get a chance.
