    Great point, Benjamin. We were probably rushing a bit and forgot to unplug the saw before setting up the next cut.

    Same goes for blade chages as well. Tablesaws have been known to start up on their own, and you can also bump the switch by accident.

    Table Saw Safety

    It would be a good idea to have the table saw unplugged (with unplugged end of plug in clear sight) before doing any table saw setups.  In the video, it looks like the table saw is still plugged in to the extension cord seen behind the table saw.
